Todd VanderMolen Discusses Packaging Sector M & A Activity at CR Conference

Todd VanderMolen of XMS Capital Partners participated in The Capital Roundtable’s MasterClass Conference “Private Equity Investing in Packaging” in New York. The conference brought together experts from private equity, packaging companies, investment banking and other service providers to discuss opportunities and issues associated with investments in the packaging sector. With the current strength of the financing markets and institutional investors and corporates flush with cash, “it is a seller’s market for packaging assets,” according to Mr. VanderMolen, who was featured on a panel entitled “Exiting Packaging Deals – How to Prepare for the Best Liquidity Opportunities”. With M&A valuations increasing, “many owners of packaging companies are considering liquidity events while the window is open,” Mr. VanderMolen added.
