XMS Capital Advises Imation on the Acquisition of MXI Security
Imation Corp. (NYSE:IMN), a leading global technology company dedicated to helping people and organizations store, protect and connect their digital world, today announced that the Company has acquired the assets of MXI Security from Memory Experts International, Inc. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition includes MXI’s portable security solutions and technologies, including its OEM business and its line of branded Stealth(TM) and Access(TM) security products designed to secure and protect the systems, applications and data of governments and enterprises worldwide. XMS Capital Partners served as the exclusive financial advisor to Imation in this transaction.
