XMS Capital Advises Lonestar Prospects on the acquisition of frac sand supplier Vista Sand

Vista Sands, Ltd., a producer of specialty “frac” sand for oil and gas drilling in the Barnett Shale, was acquired by Lonestar Prospects, Ltd., a Fort Worth based oil and gas services partnership. XMS Capital Partners served as sole financial advisor to Lonestar, including the structuring and financing of the transaction.
