Andrew has over 25 years’ experience of project finance, gained in the natural resource, process, power, and infra-structure sectors as a lender, borrower, arranger, and adviser

As a banker, he has lent money to a dozen power projects, and is familiar with every energy source

He has 15 years’ experience of PPPs from the earliest days of UK PFI and advised on two major hospitals

Andrew has been working in emerging markets for over 10 years, principally in South Asia and West Africa

He also has substantial bank and corporate treasury experience, well-versed in the appropriate use of derivatives and developments in the capital markets

Andrew has a BSc (First Class Honours) in Electronic Engineering from Bangor University and is a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology
